Shipping & Delivery

At Shoes.OneDrop Clothing we make our best effort to ship our products within 2 to 3 business days (note: Some of our products may takes a little longer processing time so the shipping time may take 4-7days). Shipping particulars for a given product will be noted on the product's page as well as on the checkout page. We ship most of our products directly from our warehouse, there is sometimes a delay in shipping or with the shipping carriers. When this occurs we will inform you immediately.

Privacy & Security

All information submitted to Shoes.OneDrop Clothing is secure under TLS 1.2 encryption. Payment is processed only through trusted payment services. Shoes.OneDrop Clothing does not sell or otherwise distribute customer information to any third parties.

Returns & Replacements

Shoes.OneDrop Clothing accepts all returns for up to 8 (eight) weeks after receiving the item, as long as the original tags are still attached and with no customer inflicted damage. Refunds will be given for the actual amount paid, as listed on the the confirmation email/receipt. The buyer pay return shipping.


Orders are processed 2 to 3 days, as long as they were placed during business hours. If an order is placed outside of business hours, it may take a longer processing time. An email confirmation will be sent immediately after placing an order, to the email associated with your account or submitted at the time of purchase.

You may cancel or modify your order by contacting our customer service as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, modification and/or cancelation is not possible and you will have to make a standard return of the product(s) purchased, request a refund, and make a new order (if a new order is desired).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

At Shoes.OneDrop Clothing we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash.

Taxes are included in the total price of your order, as marked during checkout. No tax is included in the price of individual products.

Discount prices advertised in promotions or sales are valid only for the limited time specified. If a refund for an item purchased at a discount price is desired, the refund will be given for the price paid for the product as indicated on the order confirmation/receipt.

Viewing Orders

Your order(s) may be viewed by logging into your account, if you had created one. Otherwise to view the status of your order, without having an account, you will have to contact customer service.

Updating Account Information

You may update your account info by logging into your account an clicking 'Account Dashboard.' If you need to change your account info and have it applied to an order already placed, please contact customer service to insure that your order has not already been shipped with your previous information.
